"Yet Another Awesome Shopping Experience"
Had another awesome shopping experience. It's super easy to pick from a huge selection of Indian grocery products. The support crew is always around and ready to assist. Plus, the delivery is on time and packed with care.

"Unsatisfactory Service Experience"
They switched the delivery service to DPD, and it was a terrible choice. The courier left a random note saying I opted for delivery at the front porch. Considering I had perishable and frozen goods on the way, why would I leave a message like that? I was home all day, and they took an extra three hours. All the frozen fish ended up thawed, and Veena's team didn’t even bother to apologize for the hold-up. Previously, all my deliveries were dependable, which is why I placed a large order this time, but that’s gonna be my last one. Really disappointing service.

"Not thrilled with the inflated online prices"
I’m really not satisfied with the high prices for frozen seafood on the internet compared to what I find in the store. They have a deal for fish, two packs for £4 in-store, but online, just one pack is around £4. What’s up with the extra charges for packaging, ice, and delivery?

"Super pleased with the service"
I’m super pleased with the service. The customer support was excellent. I never thought I’d find an online Indian grocery store that could actually bring my items the next day. I saved a ton of cash not having to trek to the store and lugging back 50kg bags. The packaging was spot on. I’ll be placing another order today. Keep up the awesome work you’re doing. Thanks 😊

"Not Trustworthy"
Not trustworthy. I placed my order a week ahead since I was preparing a meal for some friends. The day prior, I get a message saying a few items are out of stock. When delivery day rolls around, I haven't heard a peep, so I reach out to find out when it’s coming, and they inform me it won’t be here until next week. Seems like they weren’t planning to let me know, and my guests would’ve been left without food. I won’t be coming back. Had a way better time with Bombay Basket.

"Top Spot for Indian Groceries in the UK"
This online store is fantastic for Indian groceries. I've never faced any issues with their service or shipping. If there's ever something I ordered that’s out of stock, they always ring me the day before delivery to chat about alternatives. If I realize I've forgotten to order something and reach out via WhatsApp, they’ve always been super helpful in adding it to my current order!
